1. Book your bounce house by reserving your dates and making 20% deposit. We will send a confirmation email within a few hours. 
2. Then, 3-7 days prior to your event, we will send you a final confirmation with our delivery/pick up schedule, who will be delivering, and your main contact for the day. We will also confirm any other details necessary to make sure we are all on the same page. 
3. On your event day we will contact you when we are on the way for both delivery and pick up.

We currently serve all of Atlanta, West GA & East Alabama. We normally go as east as Snellville, GA  and as west as Gadsden, AL. As far north as Calhoun, GA and as far south as Peachtree City, GA. 

We do have preferred vendors that we use for balloons and theming. You are able to add the balloons or theming while viewing your cart to reserve this option. We will then hand your contact information to the balloon company who will contact you to create your order for balloons.

Yes, we offer delivery and setup services for all our bounce houses. Our professional staff will deliver the bounce house to your desired location, set it up, and ensure everything is in proper working order. After your event, we will return to dismantle and pick up the bounce house. Delivery is free within 20 miles of our warehouse in Carrollton, GA. Fees will range from $50 - $150 for areas within 20 - 60 miles of Carrollton. For every mile outside of 60 miles there will be an additional $5 per mile fee. 

Safety is our priority, and we understand that weather conditions can be unpredictable. In the event of heavy rain, strong winds, or other unsafe weather conditions, we may need to cancel or reschedule your rental. If that happens, we will work with you to find an alternative date or provide a refund.

If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy and any associated fees may vary depending on the circumstances and how much notice you provide.
